The 2 gentlemen at the desk during check in were very friendly. The ladies the next morning during check out were also nice. Hotel was clean. Had a decent breakfast. Great location with things near-by. No complaints and would stay again

I had a wonderful experience and the room was very spacious. We used the sofa bed as well and the mattress was soft and comfy. Close to restaurants, so it was easy whenever we're hungry.

Very nice spacious rooms with microwave, dishwasher, plates, utensils, etc. hot plate for cooking is even available at front desk. Nice breakfast. Breakfast Staff very attentive and helpful.

Very close to all that Doral had to offer. We wish we weren’t the last room next to the outside door, stairs, and breakfast area on the first floor. The sound of doors opening and closing kept us up all night. Would request a different room next time.

I didn’t like that they told us that we have WiFi access and it wasn’t working. That they didn’t have a WiFi connection in each work. My son couldn’t use the WiFi to play his game, he had to use his WiFi hot spot on his phone. On there hop it says WiFi connection available that’s not true . The young man at the desk told me that there was nothing the he can do .

Excellent hotel, great location, few minutes from the airport, clean and excellent rooms, only seems that the mattress needs to be replaced.

the hallway smelled horrible. they didn't change the sheets on my bed. it didn't look clean. there was no hot water in the morning. and the person at the reception was quite arrogant.

What i liked and did not like.
Like:
- close by the shopping malls and restaurants
- easy to find
- hotel smells nice and clean
Did not like:
- no room service after some time
- rooms where not cleaned everyday, i heard it had to be mentioned in the reservation.
- ac in the room was way too cold, and in the middle of the night it turned off and after a while on again, even on low it was cold
- hot water took a while to become hot
- shower water pressure too low
- breakast till 9 am not wow and poor, plates from foam?
- we werent allowed to stay in the room when cleaning. What for nonsence is that.

The hotel and staff is great! The only thing inconvenient is their airport shuttle service, which stops at 6:00pm. If your flight comes in later, you have to find your own way.
