We had really pleasant stay at this guesthouse. The location is great, close to the public transport, shops and main square. The host was very helpful. Highly recommend

The room was super nice, simple but modern and with all the necessary facilities. Best part was the help from the staff that is composed by the members of the family, super friendly and there to help for any necessity. Very suggested!!

Absolutely fantastic apartment style hotel. We booked out all 3 rooms as I was travelling with my girlfriend and her family. Rooms are lovely, modern and spacious. Fast Wi-fi and quiet. No kettle which was a pity but not that important as there are plenty of coffee shops. Supermarkets, takeaway pizza shops and the Main Street are within minutes of this hotel. Would very highly recommend it. La Spezia itself is ok, not too much to do and we spent most of our time in the 5 villages (short train journey away) or in Portoverne (20 minute bus) both of which were breath taking!

In the bathroom was a smell of paint (paint cans of a neighbour). The city was also very bad: very stinky and crowded, bad restaurants, not the Italian atmosphere we expected. So if you like to visit Cinque Terra, please choose a hotel in one of these villages: they are beautiful.

Lovely place. Had some trouble getting into the place but someone came to help is quickly after we called them. Room is great and so is the location!
