Lovely room and great location. Room service for snacks was limited late at night and expensive. No biscuits supplied with coffee facilités or mini bar snacks. Parking was very expensive.

The bed was too soft and the gap between the 2 beds to make it a Queen or King kept widening during the night, so very uncomfortable.

Great stay, was on a business trip and this was the perfect location for where I needed to be, as well as having easy access to good pub/restaurants and DFO.

Shops are right there. Short walks to Docklands and along the Yarra. Staff were very helpful and I got a free room upgrade.

It was a lovely stay. The room was clean and perfect for single or couple. Convention centre is just next door, DFO is right opposite to it, Crown Casino and tram stop are of walkable distance. Overall, I was happy with it.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Novotel south wharf. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the buffet breakfast was amazing!

Temperature in the room was sweltering hot. Controller wouldn’t work. Reception was so unapologetic about it.
We stay in Novotel every time we visit Melbourne. We pay for the parking at the hotel reception. This time staff refused to help with the parking as well. We end up paying $98 for overnight parking.
