This hotel is very clean. Our room was excellent except for the pillows (they need to be better) based on everything else. The bed was very comfortable, the room and shower were clean and had everything you need. The location has easy access to interstate. Our only problem was the people's room we were traveling with was not available because they were overbooked and they booked through a third party. They did make arrangments for them to stay at a hotel near us at no cost but it was just inconvenient for us. They said they texted them to respond but they didn't get it the message We will stay here again. It was just an unfortunate situation. Most people don't realize that this happens sometimes.

Nothing unique or spectacular. It was a nice clean hotel in a convenient location for us. I will stay there again when traveling to Port Canaveral for a cruise. It’s only about 30 minutes away and reasonably priced.

Lived up to my Marriott brand expectations. Always my first choice. The breakfast is A1 and the kitchen staff were highly entertaining. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was very nice and clean. I think the TV remote may have been in need of new batteries but it worked. It was little difficult. Really the only other complaint I had was the highway noise however it was just off the highway so I’m not sure how much could be done to block that. Nice breakfast in the morning.

However, during our stay we did find a few small necessities that needed to be replenished and when asked by the morning staff for assistance it was not handled promptly. In fact the women had to be reminded of the request. Outside of this oversight i enjoyed my stay here and not only would recommended this location as my daughter is traveling to the same location next month, but I would also stay at this location again. Keep up the good work!

Recently we had a reservation for Sat nite but because of expected bad weather, we decided to drive down day early and stay somewhere along the way. Late in the evening, we decided to drive on the the hotel and called to see if they had a room for Friday night. We had a great staff member, Cherise who answered our call and worked to get us a room for the night that we would not have to move from the next night. She was great and very patient. The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast is very tasty and well cared for by a very motivated and friendly pair of staff. You feel like you are at home. A nice restaurant is in walking distance and the exit is easy on and off to continue your trip. Also it is close to the Space center and to the Warbirds Museum.

Had fire alarm system go off and elevators shut down. Elevator company came and reset elevators. I spoke with elevator tech who said he could not find source that set off fire alarm but he and I could smell burnt material in the air near the elevator. You might want to have someone check system again because we did smell burnt material. Other problem we faced was my barely made it down three flights of stairs as she is handicapped so in a real emergency could be a real problem. Feel free to contact me if necessary Thanks

My family stayed for a night, to be close to the port for our cruise the next day. The rooms were nice & breakfast was good. The staff we interacted with (ex: front desk & during breakfast) were friendly & attentive.
