This is such a fun place to stay. Super quiet, and the little patio off each room is a great place to enjoy coffee or an early evening glass of wine. We would return; however, we were disappointed about a few minor items: The towel bar was coming out of the wall; there were just two bath towels provided -- no hand towels or wash clothes; the HVAC remote control screen was faulty; and the mattress was pretty lumpy.

I had high expectations due to last stay, just wnated to get in and relax on the jacuzzi with the “amazing” view. jacuzzi did not work. Got into the room and took a hot bath, and no shower gel or soap and the Worse eas the water was getting stuck! We called abd broth the showwr gel after I finished and wanted to iron my clothe to ho to dinner and the iron did not work! End of the story

The pool was disgusting and seems to not be up kept, we kept getting wasps in our restrooms, towels smelling gross’s. We used to love staying here, had never had any of these issues here but this was not a good stay.

The check in was terrible we waited about 15 minutes outside in a 108 F temperature to be able to get in because there is no staff at the premises, and everything is done via email. When we called the number for assistance the where impersonal and not friendly just going by the rules. We expected that as a decent hotel they would have helped us in a more supportive way.
We got room number 22 and found cockroaches in the kitchen, living area and the bathroom. Who can use that kitchen? we couldn't and we selected the place because we wanted to use the kitchen. We called the number again and they sent a staff and left us a cockroach kill spray for us to use, like that was our job.
I wouldn't recommend this place.

The Bellevue went above our expectations. The grounds and the room were exceptional. This is the first time we tried a resort and believe we have found our place to stay every time we come to Palm Springs. The location is close to everything and the staff was so friendly.

Love the property, our room was super clean. Love the quietness, really feels.like your away & on vacation. Would definitely com back to this spot. Only negative we had was the pool water was too warm.

No contact, but Martin was awesome, he gave me instructions to fill out a form and gave me the codes to get into the facility and to our room.

Check in is virtual! Grounds are beautiful but there is an unsightly rv out-front that looks like a methlab rv you see under the freeway in dtla. Room was spacious and clean other than questionable white stains on the sofa.

they have roaches…. apparently its “normal in the summertime.” I appreciate that they changed my room and killed it asap but… at the end of the day they had a huge roach/waterbug or whatever. Idk its just scary to me.

It was a nice quite area, but the pool area was very dated and need new chairs. The room was clean, but the couch had stains and some rips in it. Overall the it was a nice stay, but they really need to spend some money on upgrading things.

Ive been coming here since 2018. Great pricing, good location, very quiet, and great service. I keep coming back because of these things but i have noticed that the property is looking a bit tired and worn. The outlet cover plate in my room was broken, the faucet in the kitchen sink was loose, noticeable wear and tear on the door frames and the AC kept dropping black debri onto the floor. I have severe allergies, one of them being to dust. Definitely noticed my symptoms increase. The pool furniture is looking a bit tired as well. The cabana, I think needs to be removed or completely remodeled. I dont see anyone using it the times I've stayed. Overall a good experience. I think it would help to take a second look and focus on the small details. It would definitely improve the experience. I have hopes for Bellevue Oasis.

This property has been re-done with all ikea furnishings. And no upkeep done. Old microwaves showers that do not drain door lock with no backings on them. The photos of this property must’ve been taken when it was newly
“ Remodeled”. Sad to see such a cute place with so much potential so ran down. Save your money find another place.
