The room was clean except for the sticky floors. The property manager was very helpful and even brought me ice!!! All things necessary were there though not fancy. Was good for me. A very safe area with parking right outside your door.

Please do not stay here. This location is not as described. The man who answered the phone when I checked in seemed fine. Nothing wrong there. The room was a total disgrace. It was advertised as having a pull out couch. This is not true. There is a broken futon. It is also advertised as sleeps 4. Two people cannot sleep on an average sized futon. The tow twin beds were very broken down and one of the mattress covers had blood or maybe coffee splashed on it (I didn’t get close enough to make the call on what the substance was). There was a bandaid holding the outlet plate cover to the wall and it had been painted over. The property was also a mess. The pool gate was broken and on the ground (this is really unsafe overall). The furniture by the pool was all broken. There were multiple air conditioners just hanging out behind the rooms in the areas where you would walk to the pool or use the advertised grill (there were a few grills, none I would recommend using). There was a tampon just on the ground. Weird wiring and things from the rooms. Overall, I would really just like my money back but whatever. We ended up leaving less than 24 hours after check in.

Slightly disappointing. We made the reservation for a 1 night stay. Did not want to spend a lot of money for 1 night due to the fact we would not be there most of the stay. Just spending the night. The property was overgrown with vegetation which wasn't inviting to start with. The units are set up with full kitchens. The room was spacious but very dated. The air conditioner did not work but luckily was not needed due to a cool evening and ceiling fan in the bedroom. The shower head was leaking and half effective distributing water. Overall I guess you get what you pay for. Probably would spend the extra money to stay elsewhere.

Didn' t like the parking spaces... ruined my bumper on a big rock to the side of parking space. The rooms themselves were excellent for the price!

Easy, breezy experience at a old school beach motel. Everyone was freindly. Quick access to Manasota Key. My family and I enjoyed the stay.

Our stay was great. Office staff was prompt. Room was clean and close to beach. Quiet area close to Walmart. Well definitely stay again.

Stayed in the cabin. Cute place, comfy and clean. The shower was hot and the air conditioning was cold. No frills, but exactly what we were looking for.

The room was clean enough. The walls are so thin you could hear the neighbors talking. Had a coffee pot but no coffee cups. Overall it was okay for one night.

Came to town for a wedding and stayed in the cottage for a weekend. Great location, great room, Joe was a very responsible manager, and the breakfast place next door was a Major plus!! Super close to drive to the grocery store, bars, and Venice beach.
