The wi-fi did not work when we arrived, it was fixed the next day. The shower was too small to bend your body to wash your feet. Everything else was very nice, specially the people.

Absolute gem. Nice more or less historic building with newly renovated rooms. Very nice and very clean. Friendly staff. Absolutely recommend.

We arrived late one evening, reception was closed, however they’d called & messaged instructions in advance. Our room was ready, keys collected, and parking sorted. Outstanding service! Great recommendations for local places, comfortable & modern room w style. Friendly staff. Oh, and they took great care to accommodate our dog!

Great location, excellent staff who had great recommendations About San Sebastián- bed was a little hard and you get some street noise. Location and staff make up for other deficiencies-

This is more of a boutique hotel with a touch of a bed and breakfast feel. Just one floor of rooms, with the feeling of it being privately operated. The AC was broken the duration of our stay and we weren't informed of this until we asked. The staff were extremely pleasant, kind and helpful, though. Free bottled water and Nespresso coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Overall it was a decent stay with a few hiccups, but I must admit I was surprised the hotel wasn't what the images lead me to believe it would be.

The location was perfect - lots of great bars and restaurants just a block or two away. The beach is also really close. We will stay here again when we return!

This hotel is well situated near the surfing beach. It is well placed for restaurants, etc, and about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station (how I arrived) and the old town. It provides beach towels to its guests. The staff was friendly and conversant in English. I was very pleased with my stay. It provides water bottles for its guest (the first one is free, the second one should be paid on an honor system) and coffee in the morning (again payment is on an honor system).

It faces a very busy, main road and people are out late and hanging out at shops below. Additionally, street cleaners came by which was exceptionally noisy. I got about 2.5 hours sleep. If I had packed earplugs I think it would have been better. This was the only downfall.
