We went for a short trip (5days) to Kuala Lumpur, two adults and two kids. I can’t complain, everything was stunning and the staff was very helpful. I needed to post some letters, they did that for me without any doubt. I will for sure stay at the same hotel if I go back to KL.

W was fab, not so much Whatever/Whenever vibe. Our shower was terrible leaked everywhere bad design. The view is amazing, didn’t mind the singing at 6am from the temple below but a heads up would have been nice. Location was good.

Staff from front line to f&d staff are attentive and friendly. KLCC LRT short distance walk. We stayed can see Petronas twin towers plus nasi kandar pelita just next to the hotel. Overall worth the price we paying.
