The room was large clean and comfortable. Parking was available free of charge very close to the hotel. Breakfast was available and there was a decent gym although we didn’t use it. Great place to stay after a day at the space and rocket centre.

Rooms and staff are excellent. I was very comfortable in the hotel.

The hotel needed updated amenities. There was only 2 usbs in the entire room. There was a un necessary ceiling fan which seemed out of place. There are no plugs near either side of the bed for charging your phone. The TV seem awkwardly placed. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were either really flat or overstuffed. Needs some updates. The breakfast was okay. Nice atmosphere in common areas, and clean. Friendly staff.

The rooms were beautiful - loved being able to close the door between the living area and bedroom to reduce on noise from the hallway/hotel in general while sleeping. Bed was very comfortable; they have the best pillows! Breakfast had a good variety, including fresh berries! My only complaint would be that room 311 desperately needs a new showerhead.

The staff was very nice and very helpful and supportive to my needs especially with my spouse being in the hospital. Being that i used expedia i had no idea that they offered hospital discounts, and the staff made me aware of it and im grateful.

It was fine for an overnight stay. The hotel was seemingly clean but needs a lot of updating. Our doors in the room were crooked & had difficulty getting them to close. The TV's left a lot to be desired, very few channels & those that did come in were not clear. My 16 year old son used the sleeper sofa & said the floor was probably more comfortable. 3 out of the 4 of us ate the breakfast & all 3 were sick feeling the rest of the day. The neighborhood was nice & staff were friendly. I just wouldnt want to stay there for more than 1 night unless improvements happen.

When we arrived there was not a room available. I had booked this months ago and paid for it. The convenience of being within walking distance to our event made this location perfect. The representative said that they had secured us a room at another hotel right down the road. Ha! It was 7 miles in the opposite direction. Once arrival at the second hotel we were informed that there was not a room for us. They were waiting for people from the homeless shelter. Come to find out we were those people. The room was a king not a suite for 4 people. The third hotel we were sent to Hilton Garden Inn was very accommodating. They put us in two rooms as that was what was available. Nice room, great staff.
