This place was gorgeous, and we loved it overall.

1. The curtains in our room made it impossible to open the door or windows without hitting the curtain. That needs to be redone. 2. The shower water pressure was too low. 3. The breakfast buffet was amazing, but they played the same song on repeat the entire time we were there, which nearly drove us nuts.

All was perfect!

Nice peaceful location, about a 3km (25 minute walk in to the centre) which was fine in pleasant weather. Distance not at all a negative but just be aware you won’t be 2 minutes from the action. Room was really comfortable, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Although we didn’t use it, there was a very well appointed kitchen area, maybe would have used hot drink facilities had they been available in the room. Breakfast was good and plentiful, not on site but only a 50 metre walk up the drive. There are no visible staff, I believe they live in the accommodation on the ground floor, however they were happy to greet us at 1am when we arrived and I’m sure would have been on hand if needed. All together a pretty much faultless stay and I’d be more than happy to return.
