Air conditioner didn't work in my room and there was no heating, so we were freezing during the first night, which led to that we both caught cold.
Besides, we needed to wait more than half a day for the technicians to fix the air conditioner. We couldn't leave the room so the day was also destroyed for us.
The hotel tried to compensate this for us by offering free dinner in the restaurant, but we didn't feel good so we declined. Instead we were offered a tea+honey and a warm soup. However, it would be much better if the rooms was checked before it was offered to us, so we could save our day and would avoid getting sick.

We loved our stay at Sveltos. Would highly recommend and we’ll be back the next time we’re staying in Larnaca.

The hotel smelt lovely as you walk in,
They greeted us with a refreshing drink upon arrival which was great considering it was so hot
Staff were very helpful.
It would be difficult to get public transport in area so hiring car is best option

Very attentive staff. We had an issue with the TV, staff member came immediately to resolve it.
We were then asked the following day by another staff member if everything was resolved.
Sadly our last day was not so good. Hotel was very busy, we dined in the poolside bar. Took 1 min to get menus then 30 min to get served. Food arrived 30 min later still with no drinks…. Staff were literally running everywhere so I assume short staffed.

Good for 3 stars. Breakfast was average, they offer a variety of things but some are just can food and not fresh.
The location was not so great, you need to take the bus every time from Larnaca which adds an additional cost.
A bit too expensive for what it is.

Great pool, very nice and serviceminded personal. One of the best breakfastbuffe we have eaten. And most important, very comfort beds!

This was one of the top experiences ever, providing everything you need in a hotel. Welcomed with a drink while checking in and even free late check out while I accidentally overslept from jet lag. Would easily stay here again.

Near perfection! A beautiful intimate well run hotel, where it is clear every department cares and gives their all to make our stay memorable! Every member of staff were welcoming and
Bar (literally) only 1 lady at the reception, smiled and authentically showed ‘they’ were happy in their work. Well done!! Let’s hope that 1 sour puss at the reception learns to turn her frown upside down!

The room was clean and comfortable.
You get a free bottle of water daily, a lovely added extra.
The food was lovely.
The hotel was not overcrowded resulting in a relaxing atmosphere.
For anyone wanting to stay in the area, I strongly recommend this hotel as you will not be disappointed.

The rooms are always immaculate and very comfortable. Breakfast is a bonus too as the buffet always provides a wide selection for everyone’s taste. We have on one occasion needed to stay here on very short notice and within minutes the room was ready for us and check in was swift despite there being a busy hall of awaiting guests. The price is on the upper end of places to stay within the area however you get what you pay for here and you are guaranteed an amazing stay!

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the relaxing atmosphere - it suits me. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is very convenient for me when I am here. Already planning my next return.

I was changed double for the room I paid online then was told when I arrived I didn’t pay so paid again which I told them I paid was told pay or I can’t stay this was at 4am in the morning
So I paid double I then had to wait 4 days for money to go back in my account
The blonde lady at reception was nothing but rude throughout my stay ask her a question he reply was always not a pleasant one
Rest of the staff was ok

Hotel far any touristic attraction, need a rental car for transportation. More a business hotel.
