Only a room darkening shade was provided for the window. Work table chair was good. There was no complimentary breakfast. A mini store had a variety of items for purchase at elevated price though. A wide variety of TV channels were available. Motel seemed in new condition.

Lumpy mattress and loud neighbors, otherwise a clean and affordable stay. The front desk person was also very sweet when my puppy got too excited and peed right in front of the door in the lobby 🙈 would recommend :)

When we visit our family there in Vancouver our dog is always with us and we usually endure the “pet” room at another place. We gave up and tried My Place and was extremely happy with the cleanliness and service provided. We’ll be coming back!

Our entire stay was great! They were even able to accommodate our request to be on a bottom floor, near an exit, to make it easy for us to take our basset hound out.
The only negative (which is not reflected in my rating) was a group of guests partied all night (until around 2 am) with loud music . Im all fora good party but I felt the staff could have addressed the issue MUCH earlier. I didn't complain, because i didn't want the people enjoying their party to retaliate .

I liked that there is a kitchenette in the rooms. It was a good value and near a lot of good restaurants, donut shop, and the mall. The breakfast options to purchase were pretty slim - I would have liked to be able to buy a yogurt, fresh fruit or cereal/milk but overall the stay met expectations and I would stay here again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, with everything my family needed. Full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a two burner cooktop. Rolling table so easy to seat a family of four.

Tge front desk staff were very nice. My one complaint is that there was a very loud motor of some kind above our room, which went off and on frequently all night. Even with ear plugs in and pillow over my head, i got very little sleep.

We enjoy staying at My Place. Very convenient to where we need to be. The rooms are very comfortable & clean. Staff are very helpful & pleasant. We had a great stay.
