Absolutely disgusting I literally checked in by 8:00 at night and checked out by 8:30 is that same night literally went into the room unpacked my bag put it on my bed went to take a shower three cockroaches or crawling around with the lights on all over the walls absolutely disgusting and I needed to get a refund from you guys

The stay was alright, this hotel is very much just to sleep. The parking situation sucks so plan ahead for that.

Property is great for few nights stay in terms of amenities and location. But rooms were not clean, breakfast is subpar, and staff is not the friendliest

Appears charming but there were a lot of drunk young adults and the rooms gave a dorm feel with lockers. Multiple electrical outlets in room did not work and one hanging out of the wall. Hot tub and pools were nice but never any pool towels and front desk people if you can find them said they had no more towels.

Property was in a great location to major landmarks. Staff was helpful and nice in every way possible. We stayed in one of the smaller rooms. It was kind of cramped for two people. Would have liked to have seen other available rooms on property but all were full. Overall I would stay here again.

I had a trip planned for last weekend and due to a tropical storm I couldn't come since Florida state was declared in state of emergency. I tried to contact the hotel to change my booking since this unexpected event happened. They never answer the phone or gave me any answers. I contacted Expedia and the hotel refused to change my booking without a penalty or offer me a full refund although this was out of my control. I cannot say anything about the place. But be aware that if something like this happens, you'll lose your money. They don't care about the safety of customers.

Cracked glass, cracked tiles, broken hair dryer & an open vent from the bathroom into the bedroom. Yes it’s cheap but it’s not worth it even for the money also there is no parking at this place.

The Hotel had very reasonable rates and the beds were very comfy. The sheet that I laid on was a little worn and uncomfortable, but I just used a comforter to put under me and then another comforter to put on top of me so I didn’t have an issue with that. The floor was peeling in a few spots but overall I would DEFINITELY Recommend the NYAH because of the Price, Amenities, Overall niceness of the hotel and the LOCATION to Duval Street. The pool was heated and very clean. They also had a hot tub which we didn’t use so cannot comment on that. The hotel is approximately 4-5 blocks from Duval street which was nice. Once we parked by the hotel we didn’t want to give up our spot so we walked to Duval Street….which we would have done anyway because we wanted to have a few drinks.😳
