Hotel is fantastic area is beautiful you need to be mindful of the times you visit as many places maybe closed. This didn’t bother us. There is a hidden gem of an Italian restaurant at the top of the village. The hotel itself has been made to a high standard and the breakfast was nice.

Very friendly staff. Parking (in garage) 10euroes but did not charge us and also did not charge us for drinks . Really good brealfast. The only negative thing was the bed was a bit hard

The hotel had a very cosy feel and it’s obvious that the owners have put some real thought and taken real care with furnishing it. The staff were all very friendly, the rooms were very clean and the overall experience enhanced our holiday. The shuttle service to the chair lifts was particularly handy. We’re already planning to stay next time we go to Sauze.

hotel is simple. but it offers unexpectedly nice, clean and cozy rooms. service is good and polite. we feel good about the hotel for the price we pay.

The Serendipity is comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. It's perfectly located for both bars & restaurants in town and just a short walk to the ski lift. There's also a mini bus if you don't fancy the walk. The staff are all extremely helpful to the point that when I forgot my passport they drove the hour to Turin to give it back to me. I would definitely return to this hotel in future.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Rooms were nice, clean and had plenty of room. Loads of fresh towels everyday. Great breakfast selection with made to order coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

All from directly after booking, the staff was so helpful trying to accommodate for our needs. We knew already before coming to the hotel we'd love it and were not disappointed when we finally arrived. The hotel was at times a bit loud with a large group of people playing together in the dining room and the rooms might not be sound proof enough, but it was always quiet between 8:00 and 23:00. The rooms were wonderful with lovely bathrooms, however quite hard beds (Italian standard). The location is great and both near restaurants and the slopes, but still very quiet. The hot tub was great after a long day skiing! I would definitely book the same hotel again if going back.

Completely renovated hotel at 3 min walking from the city center and 5 from the closest ski-lift. Family managed, very friendly owner and family, warm and accommodating. Highly recommended
