Loved the old style architecture. Our room was fitted out very thoughtfully. The bed was excellent. A nice view to the west of the storm clouds rolling in. We deliberately left the car at home and caught the train. It was an excellent location within walking distance of everything of interest. We had fun

The hotel itself & the room were beautiful. The hotel bar downstairs had a live band playing & was very loud until after 11.15pm. The hotel provided ear plugs but it would be nicer for staying guests if the band finished earlier & hotel guests were prioritised over the bar. We chose not to stay another night which was a shame.

Beautiful refurbished hotel, right in the heart of Fremantle. The roof bar was incredible. Rooms were decorated lovely.

What a fabulous hotel! The room was so quiet which was surprising for the busy area. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Nice hotel room, good location, friendly staff. Quite noisy in the morning, sounded like they were moving a load of furniture on the floor above us.

This is a great old hotel, which has been well maintained and renovated. Renovations include an elevator. The rooms are spacious and clean, and it's quiet most of the time. The exception is weekends: there are live bands playing downstairs, and it's really noisy. The bass and drums were vibrating through the floor and bed frame (my room was on the second floor). It didn't stop until midnight,, and I was jet lagged from my flight. The area around the hotel has lots of excellent eateries, cafes, and shopping, including a walking mall across the street.

This destination was inspired by an episode of Travel Guides Australia and it certainly didn't disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed the Deluxe Queen Room with a balcony. The rooftop bar was awesome and the meals were very good. Location is in walking distance of most activities. The only issue we had was that our stay coincided with a music festival that kept us awake for a good chunk of our first night. Presumably this was a one off. Lauren in reception went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Lovely room. Centre of the city yet quiet and comfortable due to double glazing and blockout curtains. Beautiful decor.

This hotel is really nice, very spacious room, central location and staff are very friendly and helpful. Sound proofing of room was pretty good, could only hear faint noises on the weekend and main noise from people walking around rooftop bar. The hotel rates were cheaper if you book direct with the hotel and they had food vouchers available.
