Good stay with good service and the hotel location is great...as it right next to the union square station

This hotel has a great location for attending professional sport events. The construction is mediocre (I work in the construction industry, I know a rushed job when I see one). The furnishings, while looking good in photos, were cheap products. The lighting was poor in the room. Only a desk lamp and two reading lights with a plain concrete ceiling so it gave the room a creepy feeling. If only the room was actually cool, nope. Another strike. The HVAC was either programmed to conserve or cheap and inefficient so the room didn’t get cooler than 72. I woke up hot each night, unable to go back to sleep, desperately fidgeting with the thermostat only to have the unit kick on for a minute, a loud obnoxious roar, only for it to kick back off. The parking at the hotel was over priced at $45/self and $54/valet but the hotel has NO loading/unloading area so you’re stuck paying at least once. Oh, and last but not least, plan for another nights room rate for the City of Denver tourism tax and fees. Paid over $200 in taxes/fees on a 3 night stay. Dear Denver and Indigo, you’ve lost me as a fan at this spot. I’ll travel to see my favorite teams in other cities.

Our Amtrak journey was canceled and this hotel was a convenient place to overnight within easy walking distance of Union Station. The room rate was less than half of the other nearby hotels and the room/service etc. was excellent.

Location was easily accessible in the downtown area, it’s about a 8 minute walk to the Rockies stadium, where we attended a concert. There are lots of places to eat. The room was very clean and a great view of downtown. The employees were polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

The down fall of the experience was that the room was not ready when we arrived at 5 pm. This was a major inconvenience for us. The lady at the front desk was very kind and tried to be communicative.

It was a perfect spot for me. Not too far away from union station. Chemist & whole foods store 2 mins walk. The staff were helpful polite & kind. The restaurant was open, & free item for breakfast worked well.
My only mini gripe was no safe in the room & no drawers for storage.

this hotel is very easy to find from the interstate. was in a safe area, i felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood ever after dark. walking distance to coors field and short drive to zoo and aquariam staff friendly and did daily housekeeping which is unheard of today

Everyone that we encountered provided wonderful hospitality and were happy to answer any questions we had. The hotel itself is lovely, with the location being easily walkable to Union, Ball Arena, and restaurants, it's tough to beat. Looking forward to our next visit.

Had a good stay but the room did not have the ceiling finished, and the air conditioning was so loud 86 decibel's which is bed for your ears. All else was great.

Overall, Hotel Indigo was great. The room was nice and very clean. We had everything we needed. Front desk service was very nice. For me, the beds were a little on the firm side. The biggest draw back was the a/c was very very loud. We waited almost 10 minutes at the front desk to check out. Parking is not $17 per car as the hotels.com website states. It is in the $50 range as all the other downtown hotels. Just fyi! 😅

Great location for access to Union Station and Coor’s Field. Very helpful staff. Clean. They are currently working to open their restaurant, only food available is in their market and a small pop-up coffee shop in the lobby. Would definitely stay here again.
