Very unfriendly welcome upon arrival. Desk clerk heavily emphasized the consequences of damage to the room, as if he were expecting we had destructive plans, and was very annoyed when asked for details about turning in the key Room was clean, functional. and quiet. Advertised breakfast was a complete failure Just four bagels, two yogurts, and orange juice were available when we were the first ones in for breakfast in the morning. Upon inspection all the bagels were moldy. When a new package of five bagels were brought out, these were all moldy, too, and that was all they had, so no breakfast.

Beautiful city that we would like to return to next year. The Badger Car Ferry was the reason we stayed at Ventura.

The Motel is located right in the heart of the downtown. Great area. Friendly staff and accommodations. Quick check in.

This was for one nights stay and that’s all we could take. The room is depressing to be in. One of those small darker looking rooms that was old and didn’t look clean. The woman that checked us in was about as personable as a brick in the face. We would not ever stay here again. That’s all I can say.

Room had plumbing problems. Did not turn on A/C not sure what would come out. Liked having a table with 2 chairs.

Clean enough where I didn’t feel the need to leave but there was food in our fridge and dead mosquitos on the walls. There was a locked door with a light on under it that the lobby told me not to worry about. I assume it was a non-functional “luv tub” so they should have just said that. But also why was the light on? The bed was clean but uncomfortable. The prime location is the only upside to this place.

The Parking lot was very tight space to maneuver, But the Owners were very nice and Explained everything very well the room was very nice and the Bed Wasn't to soft or to hard it was actually Perfect would like to see a sprayer in the Shower makes it easier for people with Bad Backs But I would Stay there again

This a very old Motel. I wasn’t expecting anything special. But my bed was so lumpy I hardly slept at all. The rooms have been painted and appeared clean.
