Aren’t bed in a long early flight and the room was made available immediately. Small tidy room with ocean view. Amazing value!

No good parking , loading and unloading from far distance with skinny space when car parked in driveway. Not very clean its average . Need more better hose keeping. Staff and workers very friendly. Since old building requires renovation to keep it better standard.

Sailors Beach was a place to stay for a night and nothing more. It seemed not really organized (missing pillow cases and towels - only got one towel for two people) and also it was not clean (Windows were dirty, floors were dirty and shower was not cleaned very well). The staff was nice just not really organised. It was a noisy place and we were happy not to stay longer than a night.

My long flight arrived early and the check in receptionist made no attempt to keep me informed on when my room might be ready. I did not get my room for 7 hours! The aircon never worked, it left huge puddles of water on floor, the lamb curry I ordered was tasteless, as was the fish masala another night. There was mould in bathroom, the room was never serviced. The only positive was the view from the room.

It’s a simple 3 stars hotel. Hotel reception helped with booking excursions for us. There will be music till 10pm, but we loved music. We don’t mind. It is in front of the beach!! Having dinner on sand watching sunset 🌅 was great. The beach sand in this area is not white, it’s gray and darker color in the water. But there are no waves, you can walk 30 meters out there. Walking distance to market to buy beer and food. Restaurants everywhere within walking distance too. Cheap airport transfer($15-20 with Viator to hotel)

really needs urgently update everything
Start from receptionist,
help with guests baggage from taxi to room, needs new paint simply glue vanity cabinet back to the wall
and tidy up beach front

I was very disappointed that we stayed for five days and never once got our room cleaned. We had one towel each and when we asked for clean towels, they couldn’t give it to us until the next day. We had to go downstairs and ask for toilet paper, I had my son with me and it was a very noisy place to have, the price we paid for the room I’d expect the room to be cleaned every second day walking into a room and feeling sand on the floor each day was not fun pool was nice food was good staff at bar were nice would I stay again NO

The property was good for the price. It was a cute place, but it was not in walking distance to anything. We called cabs to get around. We did find cockroaches but apparently that's quite normal for Fiji. We kept all our food in the frig. The owners are from China and their son did a great job interpreting things between us.
Everything was in Chinese though, the microwave, toaster oven, etc. We used Google translator and figured things out. One of the beds was Very hard.

t was a really safe place to stay and the staff were so nice and helpful. I couldn't believe the hotel was only 3 years old, there were some minor housekeeping issues such as occasionally running out of water in and out of the shower, the faucet in the sink was not centered and water was leaking from the level to the floor as well as minor mold. But all in all, I will go back there again, I liked the location and the staff.

Honestly speaking,this one staff at the hotel, she really know how to serve guests. Lovely personality and excellent customer service, overall stay was good, I enjoyed it
