Had a wonderful stay! Room exceeded expectations, was clean, comfortable and spacious. The receptionists were very welcoming and accomodating with every need. We also had a Seaview and little balcony were my now fiancé proposed to me so this will always be a special place to us! Thank you for making our time in Amalfi so special!

Checkin was simple and the girls were great! They offered us great recommendations of places to visit and to eat. The hotel was in a old building but when you walk in the rooms it is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved our stay there and will definitely return there when we visit amalfi again !

When we arrived the weather was hot (90s) and the AC in our room wasn’t working. We asked to go to another room where it was working because we had our baby with us. Staff was very good about the change. However, it was a lesser room. There was also an ant problem in the room. When I asked about a partial refund due to this, staff said they would talk to their manager and message me. I never heard anything back.

Check-in process was very confusing. If you are bringing a car, get ready to get frustrated. Staff was pretty impatient and standoff-ish, even at the Bistro.

We absolutely loved our stay ! The room is absolutely beautiful and kept so well -nice and fresh . The bed is very comfortable! The location is absolutely perfect-walk into town through the tunnel and easy walk to beach . Giovanna and Francesca are both lovely!
I have only one negative which is the TV is not functional- this is not a big deal to some but I feel for the price you pay it’s not good enough
But my overall experience was wonderful and would most definitely recommend

It was very clean and had room cleaning everyday. Receptionist and staff were very welcoming, helpful and informative. The location is walking distance to restaurants, shops, bus station and ferry… overall we had a fantastic stay as a young family. I highly recommend it.

Easily the best hotel we stayed in while in Italy. Excellent location and customer service. Make sure you download WhatsApp as that’s how they communicate for check in. Would stay here again.

Beautiful accommodations and a great location!! A hidden gem on Amalfi. The staff (especially Giovanna) was INCREDIBLE and helped us plan our whole time on the coast (restaurants, things to do, catered to our interests!!) Easily the best travel experience we’ve had in Italy.

This can be a little tricky to find but it's in the middle of a local area so you get the feel for how the locals live. The room looked exactly like the pictures. They were very helpful in securing a dining reservation for our group. We were only there one night but it does have a very small kitchen that would be great for a multiple night stay. I highly recommend this little gem!

It is better to accept the host's offer of help for bringing your luggage from bus station of boat dock. Even Amalfi is small, walking with luggage may be hard on very crowded narrow and somewhat uphill streets

The staff was amazing and helpful, the location is impeccable and the room itself is very well kept. Highly recommend for couples. The only thing is the shower doesn’t run hot water for a long time (might be because of how old the building is) but it didn’t bother us at all, just had to take quicker showers. They even helped us book a transfer on our last day since the ferry was cancelled due to the weather. Amazing people and nice view!

Newly renovated, stylish and clean accommodation in Amalfi town. About a two minute walk to the town square so it’s away from the noise of tourist crowds but easily walkable to the central square. Expect to climb a lot of steps! As expected with most places on the Amalfi coast. (Staff was happy to help with luggage). The room is not soundproof but the area isn’t too loud so it’s not bad. Staff was very helpful with dining and sightseeing recommendations, as well as booking reservations and transportation. We had an excellent stay.
