The best location ever for old Quebec city. The information in the QR code was very helpful The only negative was the mattress was not particularly comfortable. A small amount of coffee in the apartment for the first morning would be nice.

Nice roomy apartment right next to Notre Dame and shopping. Loved location.

Comfortable, quiet, spacious, and well located. Mostly very well equipped, with some surprising lapses, including no dresser or shelves in the bedrooms - nor furniture of any kind, except the beds themselves and two small nightstands attached to the wall in the master bedroom only.

These lofts were so great! The apartment was very spacious for my family. Kids loved the bunk beds. We also loved the location since it was walkable to many stores, restaurants, and sites. Apartments were also very clean.

Les Lofts du Trésor was spacious and had easy access via a code provided by email for both the building entrance and loft door. The location was great for touring around old Quebec. The only negatives were that the bedrooms are very hot and the air conditioner in T402 was malfunctioning. We contacted the management company and they sent out a maintenance person and 2 fans which really helped. I would also recommend the loft be stocked with a little coffee, laundry soap and paper towels. Lots of bath towels were provided which was perfect. Overall, really enjoyed ourselves and the rooftop terrace was awesome with a great panoramic view of the city. Would stay again :)

Check in was different since this isn’t your typical hotel. You have to make sure you have an email from the property manager prior to your stay that contains your access codes. If you didn’t receive it, it might be due to missing info (in my case they needed a CC for incidentals), it might be in junk mail, etc. But the property manager was relatively easy to get a hold of and got us all squared away quickly. Aside from that the apartment was amazing, we were in T401, which is apartment with the dome as the second bedroom. Super unique space in a perfect location across the street from Notre Dame cathedral and lots of restaurants and cafes in the same block. Full kitchen with an espresso maker, all pots/pans, and utensils to cook at home. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit. There is also a roof deck that overlooks the St Lawrence river and we were able to catch a fireworks show from our rooftop. A magical place in a magical city. Highly recommended!

The roof terrace had a great view. A washing machine and laundry facilities are noted however no laundry detergent was provided. Some starter supplies such as paper towels and coffee packets for the first day would be good. A description of where to buy essential items nearby would be helpful. Also extra hangars would be useful.

I loved this place! The location was perfect. The only draw back was the 3 block walk to the parking garage.
