In total every thing was good. I find it better than some hotels in London. The area in young however is far from the city center. The atmosphere of the building is okay.

Basic accommodation but very convenient for the Stadium.

Just steps away from Wembley Stadium! Very, very small room but we weren’t there for the room.

It was our first experience with an aparthotel after so many nights in conventional hotels and, all things considered, we might wanna give it another try even though it won't be at WembleyArk, since we like to try different places. The room was nice, even though a few spots could've been cleaner (the sofa, for instance) and a king size bed is to be preferred to a queen sized one (shave a few useless inches from the sofa), but i can recommend this place, although for no more than 3/4 nights. With a longer stay, the room can be perceived as too little for a couple.

Stayed during the Eras Tour. The location was perfect for any event at Wembley. Very convenient to the train and many dining options close by. The studio I stayed in was a perfect size. Very modern and clean

Perfect place to stay when going to an event at Wembley Stadium, couldn’t be any closer. Clean, tidy and lovely atmosphere, booked it as was the cheapest option at the time of booking but would definitely book again for the convenience of its location.

The studios are nice and the AC works great. The location in relation to Wembley is exceptional. However, I have NEVER been to a hotel that refused to make extra keys. We came back in after the Taylor Swift Concert and only had one key. My partner and I got separated, so in a sea of 90k people I wanted to wait inside the lobby for them to be safe. They almost refused me entry because I didn't have the key. No offer to show ID (booking in my name, etc). Other women came with similar situations (friends coming in later etc) and they told them they don't make keys at night, come back in the morning and until them WAIT OUTSIDE for their friends (because without the key they wouldnt even be able to access the lobby). The rooms are comfortable but the lobby is kept at an exceptionally warm temp so its almost unusable (nobody was every hanging out down there.)

We stayed here 1 night for the Taylor Swift concert. We knew the price was high (we paid over $550 for our room) but to put it in perspective this isn't actually a hotel. It is teeny tiny prefab studios that typically rent by the month. By cross referencing their website you'll see they charge $1,500 typically for a full month- so the up charge for the show was really apparent. Because its not actually a hotel- the staff that worked there seemed to be so annoyed by all the concert goers checking in or needing anything at all really. Despite having corresponded with the Ark reservations team via email several days prior regarding early check in- they tried to charge an additional fee when we got there to check in early. they were rude about storing luggage too. There are none of the ammenities you would want from a hotel- no coffee maker in the rooms or hair drier or any food. there are a few snacks you can buy in the lobby but its all pretty sad. the rooms are beyond tiny and the beds are maybe a full size- not even a double bed so claustrophobic and just 1 small window. i honestly can't believe i spent so much money to stay somewhere so bad. I saw on hotels.com that most nights the average nightly price is $77 and that is exactly what it is actually worth. one good thing i can say is if you are going to wembley it is right next to the stadium so it takes no time to get in and out of stadium from there but that is the only positive thing i can say about it.

Booked as it was close to Wembley Stadium after acquiring last minute tickets. It is about 10 minutes walk to the stadium. Very convenient. Room was as described with good kitchen facilities

Great stay - only downfall was the the day of check out we were woken up at 9:00 by staff asking us when we were going to depart (check out time is 11:00) so this was annoying and woke us up

I wasn't sure what to expect given what we paid, but it was excellent. So close to Wembley stadium as well.

The location & secure parking were spot on.

Stayed here for a concert at Wembley Stadium, great location and in walking distance. We parked in the underground car park garage for £20. Everything was easy, helpful staff and accommodation was compact and immaculate. Would definitely stay here again.

Great base for an event at any of the wembley venues. The parking facilties(additional charge applies, booked 48hrs prior to stay) are a really bonus. We found the staff helpful and everywhere spotlessly clean. The roof terrace is well worth a vist and great view of the london skyline. We did search for a kettle but couldnt find one anywhere in the room despite there being tea and coffee sachets!

Very convenient as we had a concert at Wembley Stadium, which is walking distance from the hotel. Check in is at 3pm It took about 20 minutes because it was quite busy to give yourself plenty of time. Room was very clean and tidy however, we had no toiletries like it says in the description you will, we had no kettle or tea coffee making facilities. only had one towel to share between two people and you only get one pillow each so bring an extra with you as the pillow is quite flat! For the price we paid for one night, I would’ve liked these extra little things.

Stayed here because we were attending a concert at Wembley Stadium. It is possibly one of the best situated hotels for the stadium. The only downside was a lengthy time, checking in, even though I had checked in online in advance. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Very convenient for Wembley arena, comfortable, clean room. Would definitely stay again. However could do with more than one tea bag, one half toilet roll and one pillow each in the rooms. When asking staff for another tea bag after arriving back at the hotel following a gig, they replied they do not have access, and I would have to buy one from them as tea and coffee is available in reception.
