We went to check in and our room was not ready. They said they would contact me when it was ready. I took my family to the pool ans awaited them to contact me. After a few hours i went to the room and it was ready. In the morning i was awoken by someone opening our door as they had been assigned the same room. The actual villa was very big and accomodating.

Booked this room through Hotels.com. Quoted $161, paid $138 through app with remaining to be paid at the property. The property billed me the full $161 when I got there and an additional $150 refundable resort deposit. (My fault for not reading fine print). The room was nice but the outside noise was ridiculous, could hear neighbors conversation clearly, chairs scraping upstairs, cars in the parking lot and security in their carts. Checking in you are directed to “guest services” for a parking pass to be high pressured into a 90 minute time share scam. If you have to leave before their stupid presentation, expect a very rude and unprofessional text from their man Sal. This was absolutely one of the most unprofessional places I have ever stayed at.

This is a comfortable, clean , smart place to be . Congratulations, close to the Disney Parks, Walmart, restaurants.. beautiful area to stay !!

When we arrived, the front desk was polite and welcoming and showed us where we were to go. However, the room was not what I expected after the reviews I saw and the first impression. The bed was dirty, there was an iron stain on the carpet, they had not dusted the baseboards in quite a while. Also, the picture on the tv went crazy multiple times while watching. We immediately went to the front desk in regards to the cleanliness and they took care of it immediately. However, when we returned to the room, it had not had a full cleaning like we were told was going to happen. When I checked out in the morning, I told them about the tv and reminded them about the dirty room and was just given an apology, no consideration for at least a partial refund of the room or any other compensation, just “I’ sorry”

I liked the property the staff were very rude and not friendly everything seemed to be an effort. I did not like the fact that we were tricked into a time share or similar sitting through a presentation we were there for over 3 hours extremely exhausting high pressure sales. I only did the presentation as they had a hold on my money and the only way to get it back was to go through the process. I found it to be very underhanded tactics and I will think twice before staying there again which is sad because I like really the property.

HUGE value for the money. Wonderful rooms, excellent little store, perfect pool and hot tub. What a great place! Literally right next door to animal Kingdom

This property was Great. The villa was clean and Nice size for me and my family. The Kids really enjoyed the pool and all the activities that are played on the weekend with the staff. Would definitely recommend

My family has been coming here for years , several times a year . We live in Orlando so we enjoyed a close get away. The units are in desperate need of a make over . Dirty grout, stained ceilings from water damage, stale odors when you walk in, etc. To make it worse the clientele of this resort has changed dramatically. Gone are the days of class and dignity in the common areas of the pool etc. No more family friendly activities and appropriate music for everyone to enjoy. They advertise karaoke on Friday nights but you actually get abnormally loud Spanish music courtesy of a DJ that barely speaks English. The sides of the pool are littered with empty beer bottles and cigarette butts. Random hair balls floating in the pool from cheap synthetic wigs and extensions being worn. The women are wearing suits that are too small, the men are noticeably intoxicated and both are exhibiting behavior inappropriate infront of minors. It seems capital vacations either honors Groupon for online bookings or Section 8 vouchers , because that’s the clientele they’re attracting . Spirit Airlines could easily have a direct connect from the airport to Silver Lake Resort because there is no limit or boundaries to whom they’ll do business with. I felt sorry for the quiet and modestly dressed seniors and out of state travelers that came with their children to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. They were met with sloppy behaved and slovenly dressed people, drinking-twerking and shouting. Trash!
