We really enjoyed staying at this boutique luxury hotel. You get so much attention and clothe staff is very helpful and accommodating. The property has such a Union artistic feel, very clean, and cozy.

Everything was wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, the staff was great and the food, especially the little afternoon sweet that appears in your room late in the afternoon, was suberb! Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and the chef is excellent. There was always an amazing sweet treat waiting for me upon my return in the afternoon. I travel for a living and this chef stands out above and beyond.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in an old remodeled colonial building. It has been beautifully modernized and decorated. The restaurant is great and has a varied Ecuadorian menu. Otavalo is a busy city and the hotel is located on a street where the buses run so some amount of noise is unavoidable. You may want to ask for a room not facing the street, towards the back of the hotel.

If you have the opportunity to stay at Hotel Otavalo you absolutely should! This hotel was 10/10 from start to finish. They arranged transfers to and from our hotel before we got there and helped with authentic experiences once we arrived. We were lucky enough to be there over New Years and took part in the lovely celebration they hosted. I cannot say enough good things about this place! There a loud noise and vibration that would start radomly during the night making it very difficult to sleep. The hotel was very nice, but the real purpose of a hotel is to have a place to sleep at night. That was nearly impossible.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at (and I've stayed at a lot of nice hotels). Beautiful art, impeccably clean, surprising attention to detail and delighting the customer. This is probably the best hotel in Otavalo and the surrounding area.

Very nice and stylish hotel. Great service with free mini bar and a sweet indulge waiting for you on arrival. Only negative point: internet was very slow. For us no problem, but if you need to do something online it could be difficult.

Our night at the hotel Otavalo was our first night in Ecuador, and it could not have been more perfect. This hotel is a gem. Everybody from the bellman to the restaurant staff is very gracious, know and love their city and make you feel at home right away. A perfect first night in Ecuador.

This is a relatively new hotel that is conveniently located close to the markets. Although it is on a busy street, once entering the hotel, you forget all of that and feel as if you are in a secluded oasis. The staff was wonderfully helpful. Dinner in the restaurant was one of the best meals that we had during our month trip in Ecuador. The beds were so comfortable, it also provided one of the best night sleep that we experienced during our trip. The bathroom was spacious and modern with plenty of hot water. The art work in the hotel and room was beautiful making you felt that you were staying in a working museum. Although the price of this property is higher than most in the area, it was definitely worth the cost, which by the way was significantly lower than that in the USA. We cannot say enough good things about this property and would definitely recommend it to any traveler to the area and would definitely stay there again when in the area.
