You must understand that Costa Rica is in a tropical climate where insects, rodents, lizards, and reptiles thrive in this environment. Although we do our best to keep interactions with these pests to a minimum during your stay, all guests must understand that contact with such pests inside or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of the rental policy.
