The facility is situated on the quietest part of City. The bed is comfortable and there is an air conditioner.

The facility needs major maintenance and management. When I arrived at the facility, I was told that they are fully booked and must look for alternative accommodation. While I was looking, they called to say there was a cancellation I must come back. We struggled to agree with the accommodation price from booking.com compared to theirs. The shower does not have a curtain and there is an opening inside the shower area.
