Air con in rooms very poor. Very noisy and combined with sooner only on bed very difficult to get a setting that was good

Breakfast was particularly good with a good spread of pastries, bread and a broad selection of food and fresh fruits etc. The location was great, and the atmosphere was homely.

The offering of various types of meats could be improved

The lady that attended to us at check in was welcoming

We had requested for twin beds and confirmed that with the hotel but once we got there we were put in a room with a double bed. Had to wait until they could separate the beds in the opposite room. Ordered room service on the first night but we could barely eat the food. When food came they had forgotten the wine we ordered. Ate at other restaurants for the rest of our stay. The fridge and tub as well as walls in the shower could do with better cleaning. The hotel could get better quality pillows. Friday and Saturday night was very loud. There was loud music playing late into the night so probably best to avoid booking over the weekend. Staff on the whole was very aloof. We felt like a bother half the time. The only welcoming staff was the lady who checked us in and the lady from housekeeping who helped with the bed situation on our first night. A lot of paper is printed at check out. Saw this on one review prior to booking and the hotel responded saying they would remedy this but sadly nothing has changed. I have stayed at other Radisson Blu hotels and maybe the problem was the other hotels had such great quality service and amenities and I came expecting the same. Was really disappointed this time around.

Breakfast is always lovely. The location is perfect. The reception, the staff are awesome. My boy loved pancakes made for him and has been singing about them on our way to the airport.will always stay at Raddisson Blu.

Everything is superb.their service is uncomparable.the room was super clean and every time we stay at Raddison it's always better and better.we will definitely come back and will recommend to our friends.

Parked right in front of the hotel was 1st prize, reception was quick and Hassel free. Rooms are spacious, and the wifi is good. Hot chocolate in the room.

2nd floor common area just above reception is dirty and needs maintenance. The shower in my room 231 has mould in the corners. Under the bath tap is covered in grime, noise from the pool area in the evening, the power relay buzzed all night,
