Lovely find, clean staff friendly and super efficient

We were given the key to the room at 330, on arrival it was still being cleaned which was awkward

This is a new hotel to me & I was impressed from the start. Very charming & super helpful front desk. Huge room with fabulous bathroom lots of sockets USB points. Table & two chairs to eat room service at. A sofa & plentiful storage place for clothes. Robes & good bathroom kit. Super modern & very attractive decor. Highly recommend & very reasonably priced. They give a discount to park in the multi storey opposite. Close to shopping & seafront.

Nice new hotel in city centre but close to the beach. Room was a good size, warm and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Ncp car park across the road and a discount is provided via the hotel.

Really good value, fresh, clean, smart and excellent service. Nothing was a problem. Breakfast was exceptional - really well presented, great variety, not the typical cheap catering breakfast that so many hotels have dropped to.

My stay at the Brighton Maldron was very good right from checking in to leaving. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel had location, good quality rooms and a high level of service. The breakfast was also excellent and would highly recommend this be included in your stay.

Lovely hotel great location, unfortunately we had very noisy people in next room screaming at midnight and then at 4pm.

We stayed in the Double Single Seaview room 614. The view was lovely, albeit in between the building in front and the road - see pictures. But it was great waking up to that seascape. The room was well equipped - complimentary water and snacks available, good hairdryer and iron/board, good plug sockets and hangers, comfortable bed and bedding, good shower and bathroom space, big tv (although no streaming platforms). The room was generally clean, and being a new hotel it looked great. But there were lots of long hairs on the bathroom floor when we got there, and also clumps of dust in the corner of the room beside the bed. I think the dust may have come from under the bed when vacuuming, because it was in big clumps - by the way, why do hotels insist on having beds that are only slightly raised from the ground, enough space for dust and grime to collect but no enough space for a vacuum cleaner to get under the bed! Howerever, all the surfaces, bedding, shower toilet etc were spotless. The breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold choice. The bar and restaurant was good, even though the in room service menu is very limited so it’s pretty much impossible to eat anything after 9pm. The reception staff and check in were great. I would definately stay again next time we’re in Brighton. Overall the hotel is in great shape, comfortable, bright, and in the perfect location to explore Brighton, being so close to The Lanes and the Pier.
