The hotel is centrally located. I had a comfortable room and it was clean. Plenty of coffee and tea. Needs refurbishing hotel wise but I wss surprised it was quiet and comfortable

Terrible in every way Remove this hovel from listings!

Despite a national number ringing me before we arrived and checking time of arrival. I waited in reception for 20 minutes to be shown to my room. I banged my head walking up the stairs, the room was beyond basic. A sheet on the bed no duvet, sash windows that rattled and let the cold in, the shower door fell off, no soap, a used pair on men’s pants found on the window cill in the en-suite, on second day there was a leak from the ceiling dripping/pouring onto both the toilet and shower, bedside sockets fell apart in my hands and the general condition of the communal areas of the hotel was both dated , dirty and un-usable. One wall hook in the room/en-suite so I had to choose between the towel (1 provided) my coat or clothes- none of which I was prepared to put on the floor given the cleanliness was set by the used pants found!

Stop over for a Mountain biking trip with my son. Needed somewhere to stay and this did the job.

This hotel needs a serious refurbishment. No staff about, it looks like it’s been or going to be migrant accommodation. I wouldn’t book again

Nice place. Outside of main areas but no problem if you driving. Clean and oeacfull hotel. Will be coming back. Thanks

Room was exceptionally hot with a window that wouldn't open. On request I was immediately re-located to a more suitable room and the staff were very helpful.

Stayed 2 nights here. No towels, no power for tv, most uncomfortable beds. I stayed for 2 nights last weekend and have had a sore back for the past 3 days. No one at reception. Need to call a remote number and the eventually pass on your requests.
