My Beach House is in a great location, within walking distance to Stewart beach and near to East beach. Our home offers a soothing, peaceful, tranquil and relaxing atmosphere with a convenient location. This beautifully remodeled two-story town home, with 1,400 square feet of space is perfect for your Galveston getaway. It comes with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 guests at an amazing rate. With just one block walking distance to the Seawall and restaurants, where you can enjoy delicious seafood, Mexican, Italian, and other restaurants while you admire the beautiful views of the water and relaxing strolls along the beach. If you are traveling on a budget or just want to stay at home, go in the morning to the fish market and get the fresh catch and take advantage of the fully functioning kitchen and grill. The choice is yours! This excellent location also allows for easy access to the Port of Galveston if you are going on a Cruise and want to arrive early before, or stay longer after your Cruise.

Come stay at My Beach House, a very spacious and comfortable town home, that will make you feel right at home in a peaceful relaxing environment. The spacious living room has a Smart TV, comfortable sectional sofa, and other lovely furniture. Dining area with seating for six is adjacent to living room. The completely equipped kitchen has an island that seats two, with an adjacent laundry space. Two comfortable bedrooms await you upstairs, one has a king bed and the second a queen and a bunk bed, each have full bathrooms. Master room has shower/tub combo, the Ocean room has walk-in shower.

Master bedroom: King bed, Full futon
Ocean room: Queen bed, 1 bunk bed
☆ The day that a reservation is made a welcoming response is sent from My Beach House Team. Upon your arrival and departure our Host will welcome you onsite, provide access, and answer any questions. Otherwise, if your arrival or departure is at a unique time, entry or check-out instructions will be provided. For additional questions or clarity, we’re always available to assist you any time.

As you step out from the Kitchen area you will find a fully fenced and covered backyard with a table, outdoor chairs and a propane BBQ grill. Walk upstairs from the patio to the deck and enjoy the breeze, from the deck you can see the water in the Gulf of Mexico.

• Provided are 1 bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth for each guest, and all beds have high quality linens.
• Provided in the kitchen are a dishcloth, hand towel, dish soap, and dishwashing machine soap.
• Laundry space is equipped with washer, dryer and laundry soap for your use.
☆ EXTRAS PROVIDED:
A few extras to make your stay better!
• Waiting for you is one complimentary bottle of water per guest, cooled in the refrigerator.
• Coffee maker, coffee, sweetener.
• Provided are trash bags and bathroom trash can liners, paper towels, toilet paper and extra rolls in each bathroom.
• Each bathroom is equipped with a hand soap dispenser and hand towel for your convenience.
• Shampoo, conditioner and body wash or bar soap, and hair dryers are in bathrooms with showers / tub.
• Ironing board and iron are in the Master bedroom closet.

Large two car garage conveniently located behind property, with direct access into the backyard. Garage door remote is provided. There are some painted parking areas just past the garage, they are not for our property. Street parking is available, although not allowed directly in front on property side, but on opposite side, also there is a nearby side street. Parking is free, unless otherwise posted, curb painted red, or otherwise marked. The City of Galveston checks parking daily.

• Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
• My Beach House Team provides the ultimate in guest service, by providing a Host that will be available by call or text during your stay, don’t hesitate to contact the Host. This provides a personal touch to make your vacation enjoyable with a sense that someone is available just for you to answer questions or requests.

Very nice location! The private outdoor area was great for relaxing and visiting. Allen was so nice to meet us at check in and check out. After having another VRBO cancel on me at the last minute, I was happy to find something for one night that would accommodate our group. Will keep this in mind for future stays!
