Summary:
1st Floor 1 bedroom Manly Apartment. Facing Manly Harbour beach front. Opposite Manly Wharf.
The Space:
Security Building. Ist Floor apartment.
1 separate bedroom with a King size bed, smart Tv and full slider robe with a desk and chair. Opens to a balcony facing Manly Wharf and up to Harbour views.
In the Lounge room is a 3 Seater Sofa Lounge with TV .
Sofa turns into a Queen size bed .
Lounge opens into the same balcony.
Kitchen has dishwasher Microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, coffee maker refrigerator.
Bathroom has a bath and shower. Washing Machine, Clothes dryer and hair dryer.
Building has a Gym and Sauna.
***Please be advised that four (4) weeks from today, on the 4th of December, a renovation will be commencing in unit 407 (above our unit). The Strata Committee / Owners Corporation requirements are for a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice be given prior to commencement, hence the start date of 4th December. There will be intermittent noise – between 8am and 4pm weekdays. Renovation works will stop on 18th December and cannot resume until 15th January.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Manly Village has Pedestrian friendly Corso that leads to Manly Beach North Steyne and South Styene .School ground Markets on Sat and Sunday Art Markets. Harbor Beach across the road. Pubs and Resturants in walking distance. Apartment is located opposite Manly Ferry Wharf, transport to Sydney Opera House and Circular Quay, Watsons Bay. Buses run to North Shore Hospital
Getting Around:
Opposite the apartment is Manly Ferry Wharf. Fast Ferries run 15- 20 mins, Normal Ferries take 20-40mins to Sydney Circular Quay, and to Trains to Sydney Domestic and International Airport .In Manly Bus Terminal runs buses to the Northern Beaches and as Far as Palm Beach, passing thru Brookvale Warringah Mall shopping Centre. Buses run to North Sydney and North Shore Hospital.
Wilson Parking in the building $30 a day. Coles supermarket has parking for 2hours.
Other Things to Note:
Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

We have stayed here before when it was a Quest hotel and are so pleased we still can.
Love the place
Only drawback is the parking. We did not have the option of an included car space and the Wilson’s Car Park is a complete and utter rip-off.
