Condo was so close to beach. It had everything we needed, with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The grounds were well maintained as well as the pool.

The location is great but the condo we got was not that good the lift was smelling, there was lot of construction going on with too much noise that disturbed my kids sleep after the long Hana highway trip.I had to call them to stop the construction work as it was disturbing.
The front desk also did not seem welcoming or bothered much.
There was only one coffee pouch in the room.They said they will charge 1$ if we need more but finally they gave us 2 as courtesy.
It is like everything was about paying extra money.
We requested for 1 hr extra before checkout as we had young kids and our flight was in late evening.The property is not flexible or taking consideration of anything.
I have traveled a lot and I have been to many properties where we had little leverage and people were kind to accommodate
More hospitality is needed.

Everything was amazing property and condo great. Besides the A/C in the condo didn’t work. We couldn’t sleep upstairs AT ALL and the other rooms A/C was completely useless.

Mostly nice property- however - Despite booking this property months in advance of trip, the property rep called me 1 week before my trip to tell me the condo I had reserved had renovations that were not complete and they had to move me to another condo with fewer beds for my family. The accommodations they provided were clean and good location but needed repairs (leaky shower) that they failed to address when I brought to the property rep’s attention. The pool and ground were nice and location was good.

The supervisor at the front desk was an extremely rude and arrogant person, wasn’t receptive at all, wasn’t courteous especially being in the service industry. The other staff at the front desk had no authority. Would never recommend this property to anyone

Condo was lovely with private patio. 2nd bathroom was bonus. Bed comfortable. Not much space for suitcases in bedroom and dresser was almost full of extra bedding. Loved having washer/dryer.

We liked the unit that we stayed in. It as fairly clean. Just the shower curtain liner needed to be changed as it was dirty on the bottom. Overall, we'd stay there again.
