Loved everything about this place. One tiny gripe is when you try to watch tv, the quality is very poor. Blurry picture and freezing. Might be an internet issue.

My stay was amazing. We first arrived and met heather who was pleasant smiling and awesome customer service. She helped us with food options and places to visit but just kind. That night we met Jacob he was amazing smiling pleasant friendly overall awesome customer service also. He laughed and joked with us and gave great customer service. He also told us about downtown area and places to eat and Check out. The food staff was awesome also with making sure breakfast was stocked and even asked how we were doing. Never had staff so friendly. The hotel was beautiful and would stay again. Clean rooms and lobby. Loved the pool table and games. The pool was nice and clean but the only thing didn’t see a dirty towel basket so towels were laying around. My stay was perfect.

Where do I start from the greeting from Heather and the great customer service from Jacob, they were like family! These two are awesome! I mean the hotel was awesome, customer service was awesome, Jacob can’t ever leave here, what a phenomenal attitude, Heather get you everything you need, so attentive to people. They are a gem.

The property is new, quiet, and clean, but. There was no coffee maker or place to put your clothes away. Just open shelves. No carpet either. It just felt kind of weird and unfurnished. I wouldn’t stay there again.

TRU was amazing!! The hotel was immaculately clean and modern decor. Jacob at the front desk was extremely courteous during check-in and afterwards. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others and we look forward to staying in a TRU hotel again.

Long wait to check in: 1 very friendly and gracious check-in clerk; computer system down so had to go to a back office each time someone got processed; breakfast was only very sweet things n dry powdered eggs.

It seems relatively to be newly built. Clean rooms! Convenient location. Nice breakfast. Would stay at this location again. Based on my experience, I would consider staying at Tru Hotels in other areas.

Modern and clean!

Very nice, new hotel. Welcomed upon arrival and every time I reentered the building. Lobby very inviting. Room clean and comfortable. Had a slightly hard time regulating temperature but it was very hot outside. We had a storm and tornado warning that evening which front desk staff wasn't aware of. Found that a bit concerning. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely front desk and housekeeping staff! I liked that it is spare and easy to keep clean (eg no carpet), but the aesthetic is a bit like a shipping container- though a very comfortable shipping container, to be sure. The bed was heavenly. Do bring your own hand soap. The dispenser in the bathroom makes you squeeze it like milking a cow’s udder, and knowing everyone does that with unwashed hands is rather off-putting. If they replaced those squeeze bottles with a push button or a hands free dispenser I would give it 10/10!

We were able to check in early, which helped us out immensely! Michael, at the front desk was very helpful as was the young man on the later shift. Kind of a strange entrance, but not too difficult.

Very good of this brand. Property was in excellent shape, staff courteous and professional, amenities excellent, breakfast typical of this brand, maybe a notch better. No negatives, no suggestions for improvement. The brand aims for a younger demographic but this boomer was totally comfortable and well satisfied.

We missed having a hot tub. The pancake machine was hit-or-miss, but when working well it made very good pancakes. Our room was not made up one day even though we requested it. This left us with a huge stack of dirty towels we needed to walk around in bathroon.

Family feel. Kids love it
