Easy access even when we arrived at 4am due to many plane cancellations and delays(Thanks AirCanada) After 22 hours of travelling a 5 hour route it was pure heaven to sink into comfy beds with perfect pillows. No complaints at all. We would definitely stay again!

Overall great stay, host/mngt was very nice and accommodating. There was no AC so it was hot even with the fans on but besides that I would rate the experience a 5/5.

Our family had a great stay at Hortsmen! The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the fantastic pool area, which provided endless fun for both the kids and adults. The games room was an added bonus, offering a great selection of activities that kept everyone entertained. There was no staff onsite so we just had to follow the check-in instructions. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We can't wait to return for another memorable family vacation!

This property was a cosy find. The room was equipped with all the basic needs for a stay with cookware and dishes. The washer/dryer is great in the room. Check in and checkout was easy. The pool and hot tub were simple but a lovely area to relax. The pool table in the lobby was nice to use. A free shuttle was available just across the street to travel to Whistler village. Lost Lake is very close proximity to the hotel. As our stay was during a heat wave, the major downfall was no air conditioning. There were two fans in the room. Our sleep wasn’t comfortable due to the heat. The parking spot provided was in a small space and a large truck parked right beside made it difficult to park. If the weather wasn’t so hot, the stay would have been good.

The property was quiet, but dark, bus service is OK but not great. The pool and the hot tub are small for the size of the complex. The front desk is serviced only during weekend. The kitchen could have some condiments and basic necessities so that you don’t have to buy everything.

It's a nice location not too far from center village and lost lake beach and ..(free shuttle transportation is the bounce) but the room we were staying was old furniture/creepy and carpets/bed sheets were old and stinky )*i think first floors suites are more convenient since they have a easier access to the suite N parking lots and so on.. Thank you horstman team overall (i had a happy birthday and thanks for letting us for early check-in :)

Nicely equipped apartments, with some great views. Friendly and helpful staff. Have ‘only’ rated it 4 stars for the following reasons: 1. Tightest parking spaces I’ve ever seen. I literally had 1-2 inches leeway either side of a post and truck in the neighbouring space, and managed to scuff the side of my rental car. Am dreading the bill - no doubt it’ll cost significantly more than my stay here and the rental car cost too! 2. Only 1 lift, with no obvious stairwells. It can take 15 mins to get to the car park and back, as there were always queue for the lifts when we were there over the weekend. 3. Garbage room is inconvenient. You’re asked to take out garbage before checking out. I did so but found I couldn’t access the room from the parking lot (the gate will open for vehicles but not pedestrians). When you have garbage, recycling and compost bags, having to bring them back up to the room (and wait 10 mins for the lifts) is quite annoying!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Horstman House. It was quiet, clean, and classic Whistler in its feel. Shauna at the front desk was so welcoming and attentive. I recommended to the owners that they make just a few additional items available in their kitchen, to make it perfectly easy for guests.
