The Plantation property was beautiful. The residence we stayed in had no air conditioner. It was hot during the day. The bathroom was very small and old.
We will not start there again.

I liked the peace, quiet, and beautiful grounds. However, we had a living room tv that did not work and were happy when it was repaired on the second day.

We made reservations for 2 rooms and there were big differences between the two. One ended up having AC and the other didn't. One had kitchen supplies and the other was sparce. Some very large roaches were found in the rooms. The grounds and location was nice.

Couldn't have been more pleased. Our place was clean and really met our expectations. I travel quite a bit and it was great. The workout facility was better than you're gonna get at most any other resort and the location was perfect. The pool was not this properties strong suit, but at the end of the day, we were spending most of our time at the beach so it really didn't matter. I totally recommend this facility.

The picture is very misleading there is no pool on the property. The room was very musty.

Good location, an easy walk to beach and Rumfire Restaurant next door. They have privileges at the athletic club access the street, which has a great cafe and Little Fish Coffee, which is amazing!

Pro: property is beautiful. Our unit was a couple min walk to beach and shopping village.
Unit was mid. It was just my wife and I but if you are looking for upgraded and modern this is not it.
Staff was very nice and helpful.

This was our third time staying there. It’s clean alright but it’s very old and needs renovation. We stayed there for our honeymoon thirty one years ago and today everything was the same but way older. There were so many mosquitoes in the bathroom that I couldn’t put my foot down without stepping on a whole bunch of them. Next time I go to Kauai, I will stay somewhere else.

It has much deferred maintenance. Refrigerator floods so it is unusable, there is a wiring problem in the bathroom and one of the shower glass doors is missing. Also there was hair on the bathroom floor.

Staff very friendly,helpful. Cable TV seems to be a challenge- had maintenance come to reset twice...This happened on Maui as well two years ago.

I had 2 one bdrm suites. One was nice clean well lit. The other old appliances, bathroom old musty dim toilet didn’t flush well, stained sofa, old furniture. Was relocated by Expedia n didn’t expect no AC. Both extremely hot. Will not Recommend.
