Beautiful property, friendly staff, amazing pool area. Great for families. Can’t wait to go back! Felt safe and was close to everything we wanted to see.

Needs upgrading,badly!! we were placed right next to the highway, noisy! patio needs screens for the bugs, never open your patio doors at night! We made that mistake and got a few ‘visitors’ When entering the building it was a combination scent of musty and bug spray. The internet and phone went down, only the phone was fixed, 2 days in and no WI-FI. That pushed us to leave, even though we informed them of the issues we were having from since the night of check in, that pushed us over the edge. 3 days out of 2 weeks booked and no compensation!

Right next to a very loud highway, hard to sleep with the noise. Sitting on our room patio wasn’t an option due to the noise as well. We couldn’t hear each other speak.
Nowhere near enough loungers or chairs on pool deck. If you aren’t there, waiting in line at 8am, you have no seat all day.
Pool definitely beautiful and very large. Waterfall was nice as well.

Great location near motorways and Markham park. Good apartment. Nice pool, but you have to be there at 8:00 to fight over the lounge chairs. I bit noisy at the pool from the motorway near. Safe area for children and many playgrounds near by.

The bed was uncomfortable. No shampoo/conditioner and/or lotion (was told to purchase; which is fine, but fair warning would have been nice). The staff are not people friendly; Was TRICKED, (yes I said tricked) to participate in a timeshare presentation which lasted 2 hours.

This place is horrible had to get new keys cards at least 3 times per day, mattresses are the worst old cheap and just horrible had to walk a 1/4 mile to get our own fresh towels the place is just run down not worth the money at all

My family and I visited Thanksgiving weekend. Staff was great and friendly. Parking was ample. There were laundry facilities throughout each floor but we did not use them. The pool was the best part. My 2.5 year old son loved the dedicated kiddy pool. I do wish there was more food and drink on the property but the gift shop was decent for lunch options. The rooms were spacious and I enjoyed cooking breakfast watching the cars go by on our balcony. We would visit again!

Outdated, decor, water knobs for the tub we’re old and hard to turn. German roaches everywhere to which I called to complain but roaches continued. Just a very basic, blah Hotel.

Definitely a dated building - its clean and well maintained. I stay here often and will again.
