The condo overall was nice, however, some areas such as the bathrooms need to be updated. Also, the outdated vertical blinds need to be replaced, they were sometimes difficult to open and in one of the bedrooms they would not open at all.
One thing they should tell you when reserving more than one room; odd numbers are on one side of the facility and even numbers on the opposite side, which is two different "towers".
We were on the 9th floor and the view was great! The condo was well stocked with all that we needed. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. The price we paid was very reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

However, during booking I didn't realize that it was a two story condo, and that made it challenging at times with a parent with hip issues. The beach was also a bit of a hike from the building (Again, walking issues. Something I need to be more cognizant of for next time...) The beach and pool were gorgeous, though. Loved it!
The only other complaint I have is that we ran out of toilet paper the day before we left, the office had closed early (it's the off-season), and there wasn't any extra in the house, other than the upstairs bathroom.
Overall, it was great. I just need to figure out if they have 1-story condos for the next time we stay on SPI. <3

Our first night we left donuts on the stove in a donut box and went to dinner. When we got back there were four huge roaches crawling on our food. We had zero hot water in our showers, and we were only allowed to park one of our two cars in the gated area. We had a large party and alerted the property of two cars but they refused to let us park both on the gated side of the property. Dirty dishes, extremely uncomfortable mattresses. The view was the only good part.

The views are amazing— seriously lives up to the name Sunchase; from sunrises to sunset, every balcony gave us a spectacular view. Beach is a short walk away. And we loved playing tennis in the morning.

Unit was clean & spacious. Great location. Some maintenance is needed. Patio floor tiles are uneven and broken. A rug is thrown over part of it to prevent tripping or cutting your feet. Bathroom light was dangling by the electrical supply (maintenance was called). Sofa uncomfortable due to worn/smashed down cushions. Bedroom blinds missing slats. Missing AC vent.

Clean and comfortable with nice views. For a family of 4, we found it comfortable and convenient. Would recommend for sure.
One con is the Spectrum internet service which was glitchy. The internet service impacted all the TVs also.

We did like the decor in the condo and the view from the balcony was amazing!
Unfortunately, when first getting into the condo and checking the rooms, restrooms and all, I was disgusted to see wads of dried up hair hanging from the shower wall and a wad on the bathtub floor. That made me question the cleanliness of the whole unit. The screen door leading to the patio was so difficult to open and close. We were very disappointed with the internet connection. We were unable to watch the Olympics for a couple nights of being there as the TV was not working and was only able to watch bits and pieces of it on the third night due to the bad connection.

Patio flooring unsafe with broken tiles
Not able to use a floor due to A/C started leaking water from bathroom roof. Created roof damage so had to switch off A/C and due to this whole floor containing living and kitchen are not usable for 2 days. They could not fix this issue! No refund provided by property owner. Not recommended for any vacation!

Beautiful facility, great price, great location! Our family of 5 had lots of space to spread out and relax. When staying inside and out of the rain for an afternoon, the condo was perfect for snacking and enjoying a competitive game of monopoly. The pools were great!
