This is our third time staying at Margaritaville (cottage the first time, villas the second and third time); I must say this villa was the least taken care of. It wasn’t super clean and the slider had some damage regarding opening/closing the blinds and locking/unlocking the sliding glass door. The front door didn’t have a safety lock at all (it looked to have been removed) so that made us a little uneasy. Our bed (queen) was very bouncy and it seemed to cave a little in the middle. Overall, it was a good stay. We enjoyed ourselves, the property and the surrounding area.

It was good. The living dining room are very small. Even though it sleeps 10+ there are only 6 dining chairs, so part will have to eat outside or on the couch. Dryer did not work. But overall it's a very nice place, comfortable beds and we would stay again.

The villa was fabulous and very spacious, we have everything we needed.
The complex was clean and modern.
Our stay was pleasant, the only comment or sugeto the hotel is the trash system, people leave their trash bags in the parking place and in front of the property, they should implement a better system

Let me start off with that I was celebrating my daughters birthday and we did a short 3 day trip. I payed extra to have a cottage with a private pool. First day we get there the pool was filled with debris and huge leaves that even if we tried to clean it we couldn’t. We then wasted time to get transferred to another cottage. Next morning we go in the pool and leave out a speaker for a less than 2 hours to go have breakfast. We’re going to go back inside the pool and speaker was taken. Security report was done and fronts desk response is they don’t have control of others actions. Last morning we couldn’t even get in the pool because there was construction inside our own backyard. Huge holes were being drilled in that little backyard for plumping that we didn’t have the privacy of our pool. Went and told the front desk and they said they have no control of the construction there because this is a 3rd party that was hired. Basically our trip was horrible and front desk all they could say was oh sorry that’s out my control. After I spent 850 for two nights and my daughter had to experience this in her mini birthday vacation. Horrible customer service.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was amazing having a pool and hot tube at the house was perfect. We also got to use the resort pool which was perfect and so relaxing. We used the shuttle multiple times and it was so easy. Rick the shuttle driver was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend the cottage stay for any celebration or vacation. We went for my sisters bachelorette party and we are planning on coming back with our family and make it a tradition.

The management asked us to pick up and gather towels as well as throw out our garbage and load dishwasher . This does not seem like a hotel . Very pricey and then they want guest to work

It was so much fun staying at Margaritaville Resort Orlando Cottages by Rentyl. The place felt like home, they welcomed us with drinks and gave us all the information we needed for a great time. I will be returning soon!

Mauricio at pool bar was phenomenal , best waiter Ive had in a long time , took really good care of us and made our pool time and excellent one , hope the resort keeps this type of people around for guest .

I rented this apartment for a week in August, and I was absolutely delighted with my stay. The apartment is located in a quiet yet central neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation specially to Disney'' attraction parcs (20 min ). It was very convenient for exploring the city.
The interior of the apartment is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The decor is tasteful, and the space is well-arranged. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed me to prepare a few meals just like at home. The beds were very comfy.
The host was welcoming and took the time to give me tips on places to visit and great nearby restaurants. He was also very responsive to any questions I had throughout the stay.
One of the highlights of this apartment is definitely the private terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast or just relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. I will definitely return on my next visit!

Great resort. Staff on front desk not the greatest but the overall resort experience was good. Nice pool and plenty of restaurants and shops. Some of the villas can be a distance from reception and pool area but shuttle bus is provided.
