We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was friendly and gave and helpful. The apartment was modern and comfortable, located on a lovely quiet street but close enough to town to walk there easily.

The photograph shown was not apartment we were allocated. The apartment is not at the address on the information - this is a B&B, the apartment is actually sited few doors down the street. On arrival the smell of cooking cabbage was very obvious, very off putting. The down stairs passageway floor is really dirty - as is the carpet throughout the apartment. The bath has a dirty scum circle and the shower cabinet tray has a complete black fungus surround. Issues with dud light bulbs were resolved by the owner, unfortunately it did not resolve the lack of over all lighting. The address is very convenient for the actual town center. We were offered a daily service facility - this service would not have resolved the necessity for a top to bottom 'deep clean' .

We spent a long weekend here in early December. The apartment was near enough for an easy walk to the town centre, but quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Comfortable, pleasant stay for 3 nights. Lovely friendly and helpful hosts. Everything catered for the in kitchen and adequate storage space in the bedroom. Will will definitely be going back for another stay next year.

Arriving with a 4 year old for a 10th wedding anniversary we were just looking for a nice weekend away. When we arrived and saw the beautiful apartment with champagne and chocolates in the fridge we knew that attention to detail would turn a great getaway into a stunning weekend. Everyone was helpful, the owners were delightful and I would definitely recommend them and their apartments to anyone.

This 1 bed apartment was located very close to the centre of Harrogate but on a quiet largely residential street. The apartment was comfortable and warm - heating seemed to be set permanently on and you could adjust the radiators to suit your comfort level - and with good quality wall-mounted TV and furnishings. There were a few small maintenance issues but this did not spoil our stay. Limited storage in the kitchen but again, adequate for a short stay. As the photos show, there is only the breakfast bar with 2 stools for eating - this did not bother us, only mentioning for other guests to know what to expect. It should be noted that there is only half-height hanging in the wardrobe though we managed to hang my dresses on the hooks behind the front door. There are no drawers for clothes storage. Whilst these things didn't worry us for a few days stay, I think it is worth noting for people to take into account. Arrangements for key collection were excellent and we were phoned on the morning of our arrival - very friendly and helpful. Car parking permits covering our stay were left for us in the apartment and we never had a problem finding a space on the road very close outside the apartment.
