Fans of nature and the outdoors will love being 6 minutes by car from Mayflower Park and 20 minutes from Exbury Gardens and Steam Railway. Thanks to the convenient covered onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 12-minute walk to The Common, or easily tackle the quick 5-minute drive to Mayflower Theatre.

Looks like the pictures, host left some teabags and coffee which was much appreciated. There was on street parking for 1 car (with permit) but also free parking by the park nearby (5-10 mins walk).

Stayed here for the second time in two months. Good central location and decent place for a 2-5 night stay.
Good communication right from the time you book all the way to the check out. In fact, there was no mirror in the bathroom when I first stayed and I provided this feedback directly to the owner. I was happy to see a mirror on my next stay.
The postcode on hotels.com is correct so use the one provided by the owner when booking is confirmed.
