Ruhige Lage, Lage wie beschrieben, Gute Ausstattung, sauber, hübsche helle moderne und frisch renovierte Wohnung, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Apartment was particularly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The area around the apartment is lovely and calm with close proximity to the waterfront. The balcony is a big plus. The beds and couch were comfortable. There is a bus stop that can be reached with a 5 minute walk. Whenever we had questions, the owner replied within minutes and was very helpful. Overall, I cannot complain and we had a wonderful stay in Konstanz.

The only thing was that as we did not have a car, we had to take buses to the city centre. This sometimes took around 30 minutes. This wasn't really a problem but after midnight we were reliant on infrequent night buses or taxis. There was also confusion with communication around the checkout time but this was solved quickly.

Clean modern design inside. Great location

it’s a 2 bedroom apartment but there was only one combined bathroom and toilet. There was also only one mirror and that was in the bathroom. Please put up at least one more mirror either in the hall or in one or both bedrooms. Also please supply a welcome information pack, e.g we did not learn about the recycling procedure until our checking out note by which time it was too late. The info note (if and when provided) should also clearly state the WiFi code as it was difficult and confusing to read it on the WiFi box.

The location is very quiet-Wallhausen is a small village after all. Great for those who wants to enjoy peaceful mornings, quiet nights and no overcrowding by tourists. In the other hand, Konstanz is only 20 minutes drive. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday. Its spacious enough to accommodate a family ( there were 4 of us), the kitchen is conveniently equipped. The lady who looks after the apartment is very friendly and approachable, our questions were addressed. The Wi-Fi speed was really good- I was able to work and my children could attend virtual classes at the same time.

The only thing I personally missed was a mirror in a hall or in bedrooms-there is one in the bathroom, but it would be more convenient go have a couple. It would also be nice to have towels changed every 2-3 days, but perhaps one should request, which we did not.

Location was quiet. Host and cleaning staff were nice and helpful.

TV did not work. Mattress was really hard. Nothing was in the apartment. No coffeemaker or toaster.

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to the lake beach. The apartment itself is very clean and newly renovated, lots of clean towels and sheets and close parking.

I was missing a microwave very much. Also could be useful: soaps shelf in the shower.
