Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (2ft 6in) Beds. Electric storage heaters, electricity, bed linen, towels and initial fuel for wood burner included. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture. Grounds with garden furniture, barbecue. Grounds with sitting out area, covered barbecue area available after 4.00pm. Tennis court (April-October, shared with owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: No children under 7 years old. Access to the main gardens. There is an unfenced pond within the main grounds. . Welcome to this Grade II listed Victorian gatehouse. The cosy living room features a wood burner and a beautiful bay with mullion windows, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. On the ground floor, you’ll find a convenient bathroom with a shower over the bath, there is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom upstairs boasts a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers versatile sleeping arrangements with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds to suit your needs.
Outside, enjoy the enchanting walled and fenced cottage garden, a perfect spot for strolls or morning coffee. From April to October, the tennis court is available for a friendly match, and you’ll have the opportunity to meet the friendly pet sheep and other farm animals. As the evening sets in, head to the open-fronted barn, thoughtfully set up for barbecues after 4pm, and enjoy alfresco dining in this idyllic rural setting.
