The air conditioner worked well

You had to park blocks away. It was very out dated

The hotel is a great value for money! First, its location is excellent: You're less than a block away from the steps that lead to the boardwalk. If you go on the other direction, there are restaurants and bars at your disposal. We got a suite for five adults and while maneuvering inside was a little problematic, it wasn't a hassle and we got into a pretty good flow on the second day. The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is good. The kitchen is stocked and had all of the things we needed to make meals.

There was no ice machine on the building (but there is one on the adjacent property that they also own) which would have been nice before heading out. Because the building is old, our room showed its age. The door to the bathroom doesn't lock and the carpet looks old (but clean).

It is only one block from the boardwalk and beach. Free parking. Had a vacancy that could sleep 6. Quiet area.

Could have had a hairdryer. The back bedroom in the living quarters room, the door didn’t latch.

The place is near the beach and has a very easy check in.

Full of noisy teenagers/college students (smoking a lot of weed). The sheets were sooooo itchy.

amazing - great value, great location, and great helpful staff. i was actually switched to a room at the quebec which was nicer and i would recommend. but cant go wrong with either of them
