☞ Rule #1 — NO PARTIES. This is an important rule. All overnight guests must be listed on your guest agreement. If you need to modify this information simply message in the app or email us. Unauthorized parties will result in removal from the property with no refund. Noise complaints to the city resulting in fines will result in fines being passed on to you as the guest.
☞ Rule #2— QUIET HOURS start at 10pm. Please move your guests inside at 10:00pm. Again, the property is in a residential community and the neighbors are not on vacation. Violation of this rule will (and has) resulted in fines against us which are passed on to guests. Noise violation fines start at $1,000. This one is easy, just move your fun inside. Keep noise levels reasonable inside the house as well, please.
☞ Rule #3 — NO SMOKING. We have designated outdoor smoking areas you can use. Smoking inside of our properties results in a $500 fine, as we have to conduct rush fogging procedures in a short time frame when this is violated. Please do not smoke, and keep doors and windows closed if smoking outside, especially marijuana. If you’re smoking marijuana please keep in mind the smell travels easily to neighbors and just be respectful. Thank you.
☞ Rule #4— NO PETS. We love pets, but we have many guests with allergies who book with us with the expectation we do not allow pets. Also our properties are not at all pet-proof or setup for animals. This is an important rule, unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal.
☞ Rule #5 — PARKING. Please do not park in front of any neighbors houses, for any reason, at any time. Neighbors do not like this to say the least. Also please use the garage space (if provided) and driveway before parking in front of the property you are renting either. We permit a maximum of 3 cars at any time at the property to prevent parties, but if you require more please check with us first. Thank you
