There are smart TVs situated in the living area and each bedroom, and a private washer/dryer adds convenience. Make meals together in the spacious and updated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and generous granite counter space.

Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets. It has an assortment of shops and restaurants for guests to enjoy. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife.

Kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, life jackets and cooler are available for guest use.

Breeds not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf-dog Hybrid.
2 dog(s), weighing 30lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
