The property and the owners were excellent the helped in every way that we needed and went out of there way to make sure that we had everything that we needed and that our comfort was at the top of the list

Great location, extremely convenient to Summerhill and downtown Leiston. 10 minute taxi from Saxmundham train station. Book a cab in advance, as many cab “companies” are just a single driver and waits can be long when it’s busy. Host offers a variety of cereal in the morning. Some rooms are up a steep flight of stakes, and host offered help carrying suitcases upstairs.
Mattress was on the bouncier side which you may find uncomfortable if sharing the bed. Host does not replace towels on stays of fewer than 5 nights.
