This elegant house, spread over two floors, features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. The house boasts a spacious terrace with a sofa and loungers, where you will find a magnificent jacuzzi. Located on Calle Lagar, in the heart of Seville, it is the ideal place to explore the city on foot.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a hallway that leads to a staircase. On the first floor, to the right, you will find a full bathroom. Continuing on, there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Directly opposite this bedroom, there is another bedroom with a double bed.
Ascending to the second floor, to the left, there is another full bathroom. To the right, you enter a spacious living room, open and connected to a modern kitchen. Additionally, there is a dining table for six people. At the end of the living room, there is the last bedroom with twin beds.
From the living room, you can access a private terrace equipped with a dining table for four people, loungers, armchairs, a sofa, and a luxurious jacuzzi.
The house is situated in the heart of Seville, a privileged location that will allow you to enjoy a variety of restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. Explore the city’s historical richness, with its iconic monuments and picturesque streets, all just a few steps from your accommodation.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
