We weren't able to use the microwave or fridge. This was something we needed to save money due to evacuation. The microwave was super rusted out, and the refrigerator was warm. Also, the room had what looked like blood in the bathroom. There was barely any water pressure in the shower. The towels looked and smelled like they hadn't been washed in years. The charges had tons of peeling. The plugs didn't secure well. The room smelled musty, and there was a smell of marijuana all over the hotel. They weren't very friendly upon check-in or checkout. For a supposed "new" room advertisement. This was ridiculous.

The doors on the room were dirty dirty. The socket for the internet was hanging out of the wall. Had issues with getting in the room. Had to swipe the bag seven to eight times to get in the room. Had guests with children put above us and they were noisy as hell for hours, stomping and rolling luggage. Felt like we were in an apartment the noise was so loud. No soap in the room. No cups, no coffee maker, no kleenex. Lights by the bed worked when they wanted to. Light by sink started flickering. The only reason I stayed was it wasnjust for overnight.

The entrance is right beside a gas station we're you can see drug addicts and what it looks prostitutes hanging out trying to get business into the hotel.the overall look of the hotel is dirty not well maintained we decided to go somewhere else, I couldn't get my money back because didn't wanted pay for the insurance, lesson well learned don't trust the pictures from Expedia and buy insurance so you can get your money back.

We did not even stay. The rooms were so dirty that we asked to switch to a different one. It was worse than the first. We ended up asked ng for a refund and staying somewhere else. At least they were nice enough to give us a refund.

The bed spread had cigarette burn holes, the night stand also had burn spots and we were in a non smoking room. The tub was not clean. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows had a bad smell. Overall a very unhappy experience

It is a place to sleep but that's it. Burn marks on bedding and furniture. Two small towels for 3 of us. Hopefully our car is in one piece in the morning. You get what you pay for, it was cheap!

Really bad area. The room smelled like cigarettes. Drug addicts and prostitutes were hanging out on the stairs. I was told not to park at the back of the building because my car might broken into or stolen.
