The Space:
This beautiful bi-level townhome is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the Querétaro area and offers all the essentials for a delightful getaway from your daily routine. You'll find a private enclosed garden complete with a shaded dining table, perfect for spending afternoons with family and friends. Additionally, the subdivision boasts lovely parks, Xentric Square, 24/7 security, and a beautiful golf course.
The luminous open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and spending quality time at home together.
For downtime moments between outings, there’s comfortable sofa seating in the sitting area. The modern kitchen is well equipped with all you’ll need for preparing meals, plus a Nespresso Dolce Gusto coffee maker for your morning jump start! The dining table is where you can enjoy your homemade creations or work on your laptop comfortably if needed.
At the end of the day, when it’s time to rest and recharge, there are 2 lovely bedrooms upstairs. The first has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the second features 1 double and 1 single bed. Additionally, there’s a sitting room with a wall-mounted TV with cable channels. The sofa can accommodate sleeping space for an extra guest if needed.

Getting Around:
To get around the Zibatá area in Querétaro, the transportation options include:
-Private Car: Most residents use private cars due to the well-developed road infrastructure and the distances within and outside Zibatá.
-Taxi or Private Ride Services: Apps like Uber and Didi are available and popular for getting around within and outside Zibatá.
-Public Transportation: Although limited, there are bus routes that connect Zibatá with other parts of Querétaro, especially to the city center.
-Biking and Walking: Zibatá has bike paths and wide pedestrian walkways, making it easy to use bicycles and walk, especially for short distances within the community.
Other Things to Note:
By policy, it will be requested, prior to your arrival, that you send us an official identification of all guests in the reservation (excluding minors).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except for service animals with a valid permit. For service animals, there will be an additional charge of $20 USD to cover cleaning expenses. The presence of 1 pet per property is allowed.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance. For stays longer than 2 weeks, it is mandatory to carry out an intermediate cleaning that must be covered by the guest.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 11 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Only 1 service animal is allowed.
- Please note that for long stays of 30 days or more, a mandatory cleaning will be scheduled and paid for by guest halfway through the stay.
Interaction with Guests:
Around-the-clock security is provided, with security guards to authorize entry into the community. Additionally, you’ll use a code to access the unit. Full check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.
