This newly designed home has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed,1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a queen sofa bed). It is a few minutes to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and bars. We have a private, landscaped backyard with a huge firepit- perfect for dining and lounging. We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, games, and a pack & play. Huge TV with Max, Netflix and Prime. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. Single-story living with 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms on the ground floor.

The space

Gorgeous, recently renovated 3 bedroom house with three large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Use the house as your base for local activities- including fishing, sailing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, biking and more. Colonial Beach has everything and this is the perfect spot to enjoy it all!

Host dinners outside at home using our fully equipped kitchen and around a table under the stars; enjoy an evening gathering around our huge firepit; or choose from our list of recommended restaurants or local activities. Relax afterwards on the front porch or back-deck; or wander down for an ice-cream at the beach!

The house can sleep 8 adults.

Other things to note

We allow dogs if we approve them. We have almost never rejected a dog but a few questions help ensure that our place stays clean and smelling fresh. If you'd like to bring a dog, please tell us:

(1) if they are 100% and reliably house trained
(2) the dog's age
(3) your dog's size/weight

We would really appreciate it if you could bathe your dog before visiting.

We have a pet fee of $25 per dog per stay, per night.
