The property features two living rooms, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and unwind. There are three smart TV's throughout the home, where guests can log into their own streaming services and enjoy their favorite shows. With three bathrooms, you won’t have to worry about sharing space, making mornings a breeze for larger groups. The property also features split system heating and cooling in all bedrooms and living rooms, ensuring comfort no matter the season.

There are three distinctly separate areas to the property which means there is plenty of room for multiple families. . One on the right as you enter there is a small living room with fold out couch, kitchenette, bathroom and two bedrooms, one with king bed and the other with king single bunk and trundle bed.
Upstairs you will find a large living and dining space, large fully equipped kitchen. Main bedroom with King bed and family bathroom. This leads out to the deck with outdoor dining and views of the countryside and the stunning gardens.
Down stairs and with its own separate entrance is the studio with kitchenette, seating area, king bed and ensuite.

Outdoors, the BBQ area is perfect for enjoying a meal in the fresh air. The backyard offers a peaceful spot to relax,
situated on a large 1393 sqm (approx. 80m long) block covered in stunning fully landscaped gardens with several zones including veggie patches, fruit orchard and lawns including mature trees.

This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
